We all seek those magical moments of having a good conversation and sharing good moments over delicious food. From this, I created Papa’s Baking Company. Our mission is making delicious treats for friends, family, neighbours, and strangers to foster good conversation and kindness. We are in the business of bringing people together and sharing deep and rich moments over a delicious sweet treat.
When I was in university, the first year was the loneliest. Being alone for the first time in my life, my mother would send me a bag of her chocolate chip mint cookies. They reminded me of the warm comfortable feeling of home during an otherwise lonely time. That comfort is what I try to bake into my cookies.
It took weeks of baking and experimenting with different recipes to come up with the perfect cookie. Our cookies are above average of delicious goodness that are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. No skimping on the chocolate, butter or brown sugar! Our test panel (family and friends) finally agreed on recipe that’s perfectly balanced with a nutty, buttery, chocolate flavour.
