Cookie Information 

Allergy Alert: Our products may contain nuts, milk products, eggs and gluten and are made in a facility containing these ingredients.

What ingredients are in your cookies? 

We use high-quality ingredients, and when we can, we will use local ingredients.  Ingredients are posted on each cookie listings. 

How long do your cookies stay fresh? 

Our cookies stay fresh for about 2 weeks. To maximize the flavour, we recommend reheating our cookies. 

How do I reheat your cookies? 

We recommend you either heat them in a microwave for 20-30 seconds or pop them in a conventional oven at 300 F° for 3-4 minutes. As appliances vary, these are guidelines only. 

What is the shelf life of your products, and how should I store them? 

Our products are good for 2 weeks after baking in a sealed container or packaging. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. We recommend that you follow our reheating instruction prior to enjoying our products.

Ordering 

When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be baked and shipped with 1-2 business day.  

What is the cut-off for next-day delivery? 

If your order is received after 6:00 AM, it will be baked the next business day. 

How do I order cookies for multiple delivery address?

There are two ways you can place multiple shipping addresses:

    1. You can place 1 order for each delivery address. 
    2. Contact us at customerservice@papasbakingcompany.com and we can assist you with ordering and payment.

What is the minimum order of cookies I can purchase? 

The minimum order is 6 cookies.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, and interact.  When paying with Interact, please send your payment to customerservice@papasbakingcompany.com.  We will process your order once we have received your payment. 

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed? 

Yes, you can cancel your order before 9:00 AM of the following business day after your order is placed. Once your order has started in the kitchen, we cannot cancel your order. 

 

Delivery & Shipping 

Where do you ship? 

We ship throughout Canada and the United States in 50 states. 

I live in the US will I have to pay customs and duties fees? 

While we have never experience our customers have to pay import duty, all custom and duties fees required by the US are the responsibility of the buyer.  

What days do you ship? 

We bake and ship our cookies between Monday-Friday 

How do you ship your products? 

Each cookie is sealed in a polybag and a gift box.  The gift box is then put into a shipping box. 

Is there a way for me to track my orders? 

Yes, you will receive an order number, and you can track your order in your profile. 

Do you offer Free Shipping? 

We offer FREE Delivery for all orders over $35 for most areas in the Greater Toronto Area, except for fundraising programs and corporate programs. Free Pick up is provided for those programs.

How much is your shipping fee? 

It depends on the amount of your order and where you are located.  However, it usually is between $6-$35 for delivery.

Yes, we provide local delivery within GTA.

Can I pick up my order? 

At this moment, we do not offer a pick-up service. 

What happens if I am not home? 

We will drop your shipment on your porch or other prior pre-arranged drop-off information. We will send you an email when the delivery has been completed.
